Can REMD create the account for me?

The portal is self-serve, so most clients create their own account and are uploading artwork a few minutes later. If you would rather start with a fulfillment order request, send it through the form on this page and we will set up your portal access and follow up with a proof.

How long until I get my proof?

A proof lands in your inbox within one business day of checkout. It confirms the specs of the order: size, stock, quantity, mailing method, and for EDDM the address count.

What if I need changes after the proof?

Tell us what to change and a revised proof comes back for approval before anything prints. Production only starts on the proof you approve.

Do you handle lists and postage?

Yes. Addressing, sorting, postage coordination, and fulfillment are all handled in-house.

Can I mail without a mailing list?

Yes, with EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail). Tell us the neighborhood, subdivision, or cross streets and we match the USPS carrier routes that cover it. Your piece goes to every active address on those routes, no list needed, and the address count is confirmed on your proof.

Do I need REMD to design my campaign?

No. Most clients already have approved artwork or a brokerage template ready to go. REMD handles printing, prep, postage, and fulfillment.

Can title reps use REMD for client campaigns?

Yes. Title reps use REMD to handle client-facing marketing and appreciation campaigns without adding the production and mailing work to their own plate. We manage the print, prep, and fulfillment; you stay focused on the relationship.
