No setup fee on postcards; no payment required to order.

• Standard (6″ × 9″) — EDDM $0.58–$0.74 per home · mailing list $0.67–$0.83 per home.

• Large (6″ × 11″) — EDDM $0.62–$0.78 per home · mailing list $0.71–$0.87 per home.

• Jumbo (8.5″ × 11″) — EDDM $0.75–$0.93 per home · mailing list $1.18–$1.42 per home. Market report brochure: 4-Page Foldover (11″ × 17″ folds to 8.5″ × 11″, 100# gloss cover) — EDDM $1.16–$1.47 per home · mailing list $1.64–$1.95 per home, up to 4,999 pieces; larger runs quoted to order.

• Example: 500 homes, Standard, EDDM = $345 per mailing all-in ($0.69 per home). Example: 1,000 homes, Large, EDDM = $690 per mailing all-in ($0.69 per home).

• Monthly market report mailers: same per-home rates, Large or Jumbo postcards or the 4-Page Foldover brochure, plus a one-time $395 design setup on the first invoice.
