How much does a campaign cost?

Real estate print and mail campaigns typically run $0.68–$0.73 per piece all-in at 500 homes, and less at scale. Use the calculator above to build your exact number based on farm size, mailing method, and postcard size.

What does “all-in” mean?

All-in means the per-home rate is the whole cost of the mailing: printing on 12pt C2S stock, mail processing, and postage. Mailing-list campaigns also include addressing and sorting. The calculator’s monthly total is homes times that rate, with nothing added to it.

Is there a setup fee?

Not for postcards. Your total is the number of homes times the all-in rate for that quantity, size, and method. The one exception is monthly market report mailers, which are designed in-house and carry a one-time $395 design setup on the first invoice only.

Why does EDDM cost less than a mailing list?

Accepted Answer

EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) delivers to every active address on the postal carrier routes you choose, so there is no list, no addressing, and the lowest postage of any method. A mailing list reaches only the homes you pick, which adds addressing and sorting and carries higher postage. At 500 homes, Standard size, that is $0.68 per home by EDDM versus $0.77 to a mailing list.

Does the price change if I mail every other month?

The per-home rate is set by the number of homes in each mailing, not by how often you mail, so a 1,000-home drop costs the same per home whether it goes out monthly or every other month. The calculator models a monthly farm because that is how recurring farms run best. For another schedule, multiply the per-home rate by your home count for the cost of each mailing.

Do prices include postage?

Yes. Every number on this page includes postage. EDDM is shown at nationwide postage, and Orange County drops often run a few cents less. Mailing-list campaigns are shown at USPS Marketing Mail rates (Standard Mail); First-Class is available and quoted on your proof.

What sizes are priced?

Three: Standard (up to 6″ × 9″), Large (6″ × 11″), and Jumbo (8.5″ × 11″). All are 12pt C2S, 4-color process. Custom sizes are available upon request.

Is there a minimum order?

Pricing starts at 200 homes per mailing, the first tier in the calculator and the rate table. Each rate applies from its tier’s home count up to the next tier, and the top tier covers 10,000 homes and up.

Are market reports priced the same way?

Almost. Monthly market report mailers use the same all-in per-home rates, but only in Large (6″ × 11″) and Jumbo (8.5″ × 11″) sizes, and they add a one-time $395 design setup on your first invoice. Monthly data updates are included in the per-piece price. See the Market Reports page for details.
